The blessed olive tree has found the ideal place to grow. Our members, with respect to the environment and the olive tree, have been producing quality olive and olive oil products for decades now. The olives are harvested with their hands so as not to hurt the olive fruit. From the moment of harvest begins the process of fermentation in the traditional natural way with iodized salt salt of salt of salt lakes of the Lagoon of Messolonghi. So every olive that reaches the plate will be fresh, filled with nutrients and antioxidants.


Kalamata olives

It is one of the best varieties of table olives worldwide and is the cornerstone of the Mediterranean Diet. It contains important nutrients such as vitamins and minerals but also carbohydrates and fiber.

Olive oil

The olive oil of our members is oiled from olives of the Koroneiki variety and Koutsourelia (local). It is one of the most important gifts of the Aetolian land to be added to our daily diet and to give us vitamin E, monounsaturated fatty acids (up to 83%) and antioxidants (polyphenols of olive oil: oleic acid, oleopein, squalene).
